Biography

Anastasia Makhamendrikova is a student of the Central Music School of the Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory. She is in the class of the Honored Artist of Russia, Professor Valery Vladimirovich Piassetski.


She began her piano studies when she was 7. At the age of 12, Anastasia performed in some of the great music halls, such as State Academic Bolshoi Theatre (the Crescendo Festival), the Great Hall of the Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory, Rachmaninoff Hall of the Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory, the Chamber Hall of Moscow Philharmonia, Moscow International Music House, on the site of State Pushkin Museum, the Kazakhstan Great Music Hall, the Great Hall of the Tchaikovsky National Academy of Music - Kiev, the Great Organ Hall (Naberezhnye Chelny), the Great Theatre of A. C. Pushkin in Yevpatoria, the Concert Hall n. a. Pavel Slobodkin, and many others.


She has performed as a solo artist with the Symphony Orchestra of the Astana State Philharmonic under Yerzhan Dautov, Conductor; with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, Vladimir Sirenko, Artistic Director & Chief Conductor; with the Taurida International Symphony Orchestra under Mikhail Golikov; with the Chamber Orchestra “Province,” Igor Lerman, conductor; and the Orchestra of Pavel Slobodkin Centre, Ilia Gaysin, conductor.


Anastasia is a scholar of the International Foundation “New names,” the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation. She has taken part in many concert programs and festivals: Grand Prize Virtuoso in London; Crystal World Heart in Russia; II International Competition “Astana Piano Passion – Kazakhstan”; Musical Ascent in Russia; Sberbank Debut in Ukraine; Pietro Argento in Italy; XIII International Competition of piano musicians n. a. Scryabin in France); Open Festival “Mood” n. a. M. A. Tariverdiev in Russia; XV Open Competition Festival of Piano and Chamber Ensembles in Russia; and many others.
